Support Levels
For technical support, we suggest customers work down the
following check list:
To clarify our level of support below are three
simple scenarios:
1) Client is having problems
setting up an email account in Outlook Express.
Our response: Acknowledge receipt of support request, check
the client's account to ensure the POP configuration is
correct and point the client to the relevant resource but
offer no further help. However, customers are free to view
our online knowledgebase which may help them.
2) FrontPage
extensions are corrupt, client has tried reinstalling the
extensions but still no joy.
Our response: This is a genuine technical support enquiry.
We will do our best to resolve the problem within 24 hours
3) Client
installs one of the "one-click install" scripts
supplied but is unable to understand how to customise it
to their requirements.
Our response: Client is expected to use the supplied documentation
for the script and any script-specific forum .
